Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Sorin Commerce LLC to delete the personal information we hold about you, including messages you sent through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or comments on Pages and accounts we manage.

How to request deletion

1. Email kevin@sorin.company with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the email address, or the Facebook or Instagram name, you used to contact us, so we can find your records.
3. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (for example order and tax records).

Removing app access on Facebook

You can also remove apps connected to your Facebook account at any time in Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
