This policy explains what personal information Sorin Commerce LLC ("Sorin", "we") collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website and the customer service and marketing tools we operate for the online stores we manage.
Information we collect
- Contact you send us: your name, email address and the content of your message when you email us.
- Customer service messages: when you contact a store we manage by email, contact form, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or a comment on a Facebook Page or Instagram account, we receive your message, your public profile name or username, the platform's user ID for that conversation and any attachments you send.
- Order information: for stores we manage, order details needed to answer your request, such as order number, items, shipping address and order status.
- Website usage: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and resolve support requests.
- To process requests about orders, such as address changes, replacements or refunds.
- To send marketing email only where you have agreed to receive it; every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep our services secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. Messages received through Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) are used only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation for support purposes.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our services (for example cloud hosting, email delivery and e-commerce platforms), under contracts that require them to protect it, or when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep support conversations and order records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
